For expedited shipping - please call for rate quote.
For all orders within the USA we ship by UPS or FedEx
Ground or Such Carrier with tracking information. The shipping cost will be reflected in the final checkout
screen before final purchase. Please call if you have any
questions about your specific purchase.
We ship within the USA lower 48 States for most products.
International shipping outside the USA, AK and HI is an EXTRA CHARGE! It will not be reflected correctly in the checkout screen.

DAMAGE IN
SHIPPING
Please read the following carefully.
Failure to follow these guidelines and
instructions could result in your financial loss, regardless of claim. UPS & USPS DELIVERIES:
If your product is damaged in shipment, you must notify us within 24 hours. Since
all products are shipped insured, you must save all packing materials for an
inspection by the shipping company.

sales@printitup.com and describe the nature of the damage along with the item number, your order number, name, address
and the phone number where we can reach you.
OTHER SHIPPING
Products
will be delivered in the original factory carton, with easy set-up
instructions. The proucts ship within 1-3 business days from when the
order is placed, they usually take between 7-10 business days to arrive. If by
chance a product can not be shipped within 3 business days, you will be
notified of any delays or back orders. You will be
notified if shipment is delayed by email, fax, or phone. We will do
everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
Any product shipping UPS , FexEx, DHL or similar type of carrier or
USPS will be allowed to be returned within (7) days of delivery
for a credit of the original charge, less the
2 way shipping charge plus a standard 10% restocking fee. The
product
must be in new and un-used condition. Please do not mark or
damage the origional box. If the product is returned in an
un-saleable condition, no refund will be issued and the product will be
returned at the customers expense.

orders in this and any other circumstance
